Dough Tools

Created for work with pasta or patisserie, this set of dough tools lets you divide, cut and crimp sheets of rolled dough. All handles are designed for comfort and functionality in the kitchen. The cutting heads, made from especially hard wood, are peened for edge retention, but will not mark a wood or stone surface. A small broom corn brush is included for cleaning and care of the tools.
